Stow College

In Scotland, our partner, Stow College|, in Glasgow, tutors many of Home Learning College's courses.

Stow College opened in 1934 and was the first purpose-built Further Education College in Glasgow. Since then it has continued to shape its profile to meet the needs of its learners in Glasgow and throughout Scotland.

Home Learning College has worked with Stow College for several years to support home learning in Scotland. Our close-working relationship has ensured that several thousand Scottish-based learners have been able to access courses to improve their career prospects and to make lifelong learning a reality for everyone.

Stow College works to ensure that each learner is provided with appropriate guidance and support to ensure that they receive a positive learning experience and every encouragement to successfully complete their course.

As part of their service, Stow College provides Home Learning College students with a home tutor, a help-desk service, tutorials and online support.

The college is accredited by and works closely with the Scottish Qualifications Authority, which has responsibility for the approval of awards in Scotland.
